Job Description

We are seeking 2 Customer Service Representatives to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and purchasing information and performing follow-up calls/texts/emails. You will be setting onsite appointments for the sales team from those who reach out to us via phone and the Internet.

Compensation:

$40,000 - $56,000 per year. 


Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Arrange for customer visits to our facility
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients over the phone
  • Computer literate (you will be using software applications like word, Google Chrome, and our CRM)
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to pass a pre-screening drug test and background check
  • Must be Bi-lingual in Spanish and English
