Overview:

Ken Grody Ford Redlands is seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team in the Automotive industry. This role will drive business growth and revenue through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be working on the phone and computer most of your day.
  • NO cold calling; all warm leads.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Create and implement sales strategies to meet targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales or business development is preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the Automotive industry is a plus
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug test
