- Lead and motivate a team of Business Development Center Agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success in converting leads into dealership appointments.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize lead conversion rates, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to align goals and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing improvement plans as necessary to drive continuous growth and achievement.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas of improvement, implementing innovative solutions to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, professional growth, and a customer-centric mindset among team members.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions to maintain customer loyalty and enhance the dealership's reputation.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a sales or customer service environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Must pass a company background and drug test
- You will work alongside your team producing and leading from the front.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets, with a strong focus on lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information and provide clear direction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions and implement effective strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes and customer relationship management systems is a plus.
