We are expanding our operations and continuously building our teams, and as part of this growth, we regularly open opportunities for talented Business Developers. In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of driving the expansion of our B2B and B2C business verticals across the US market. Your primary focus will be identifying and seizing new business opportunities while fostering and strengthening relationships with new and existing clients.

Your Responsibilities in this role:

Selling and advising on our innovative services to IT companies and IT recruitment agencies.

Supporting the development of sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition.

Developing a portfolio of prospects through different sources and following up.

Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to finalising and closing the deal.

Analyzing and understanding the client's needs and proposing appropriate solutions.

Negotiating contracts with clients.
-
Building and managing portfolios of clients across the appointed regions.

Liaising and partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of services provided.

Participating in online and offline events.

Ensuring the quality of clients' and consultants' experiences and the outreach of Hightekers in the B2B & B2C market.
What you bring to the role and the team:
Required:
-
Must be fluent in written and spoken English.

Previous experience in Sales and Business Development.

Experience in a related industry (umbrella, EOR, or recruitment agency).

Proficient in using CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Effective communication skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong can-do attitude and a sales-driven approach with good time management skills.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Proficient in conflict management and resolution.

Strong negotiation skills and ability to work well in a team.
Valuable:

Fluency in a European language: Spanish/French

Previous leadership experience or a strong desire to advance into a management position.
