Job Description:

We are seeking a Field Support Technician to collaborate with our experienced technicians, acquiring the necessary skills and knowledge to provide comprehensive technical support to our customers and dealers. In this role, you will be pivotal in both troubleshooting technical issues and physically installing our state-of-the-art golf simulators. You will also provide assistance via phone and email while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. This dual responsibility will ensure our products deliver the best possible performance and user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Physical Installation: Assist in the physical installation and maintenance of our golf simulators and associated products under the guidance of experienced technicians. This role requires traveling to various locations to perform installations and ensure optimal functionality of our equipment.
• Acquire and refine technical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Provide technical support to customers and dealers, delivering prompt and effective solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical support inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer support policies and procedures.
• Participate in training programs to improve technical and customer support skills.
• Attend trade shows and events to assist with product demonstrations and customer support activities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software, with a willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory to install and service units.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a variety of environments.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work on weekends or after work hours with reverse PTO.
• Passion for golf and a desire to contribute to the enjoyment of others.
