EX Venture is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our global marketing initiatives from our office in Bali, Indonesia. This senior position offers a unique opportunity to drive B2B marketing strategies for multiple international clients while working from one of the world's most desirable locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies for multiple global clients
• Spearhead LinkedIn-focused campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
• Lead and mentor a diverse media team, fostering creativity and innovation
• Utilize our state-of-the-art production and event facility to create high-impact marketing content
• Analyze campaign performance and leverage data insights to optimize marketing efforts
• Collaborate with international teams to align marketing initiatives with overarching business goals
• Manage budgets and resources effectively across multiple campaigns and clients

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful B2B marketing campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn
• Extensive experience in managing and developing high-performing media teams
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs
• Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and performance optimization
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, remote environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
