The Opportunity

We're seeking a dedicated Business Development Intern to join our dynamic team in Tenerife, Canary Islands. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking projects in the renewable energy sector, with potential for long-term career growth within our fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities in the waste management and renewable energy sectors
• Assist in developing and implementing business strategies to expand Zero-X's market presence
• Research and analyze government funding schemes for renewable energy projects across various regions
• Support the preparation of business proposals and presentations for potential partners and investors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development initiatives with technical capabilities
• Contribute to the creation of financial models and ROI projections for new projects

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Business, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German language proficiency is a significant advantage
• Demonstrated interest in renewable energy, sustainability, and innovative technologies
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools
