Job Summary:
The Travel & Tourism Trainer designs, develops, and delivers training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of individuals in the travel and tourism industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Training Programs: Create and update training materials and courses.
- Deliver Training: Conduct in-person and Online/Offline training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Evaluate Participants: Assess participant progress and provide feedback.
- Stay Updated: Keep informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Certification: Ensure programs meet industry standards and issue certifications.
- Marketing: Promote training programs and build industry relationships.
- Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback and improve training methods.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field. Master’s preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years in the travel and tourism industry, with 2+ years in training.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications
