Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead (Full Stack Development) to spearhead our software development initiatives. As a Technical Lead, you will manage a team of developers, oversee project lifecycles, and ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performance applications. You will play a key role in defining technical strategies and driving innovation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack Developers, ensuring skill development and productivity.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

• Technical Strategy:

  • Define and implement technical architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Evaluate new technologies and frameworks to improve development processes and products.

• Full Stack Development:

  • Oversee end-to-end development of web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

• Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless project execution.

• Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and debugging processes.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in software development with 2+ years in a leadership role.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Front-end: Proficiency in React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Back-end: Strong knowledge of Node.js, Python, or Java.
  • Database: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
  • DevOps: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Others: Experience in API development, microservices architecture, and REST/GraphQL.
