Job Summary
We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support the early-stage startups participating in our 12-week incubation program. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for our cohort companies, providing top-tier customer support and helping them navigate their journey from concept to company.
Key Responsibilities
Provide consistent, high-quality support to startup companies (minimum of 12 hours per cohort per company)
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a timely and professional manner
Resolve client issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience
Educate and guide clients to prevent future problems
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Executive Chairman, Head of Design) to deliver outstanding service
Assist with general administrative and support tasks as needed
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
A creative, strategic thinker with a positive attitude
