Compensation & Growth Path
This is a part time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends, Autheo, and the WFO Creator Network, along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries.  Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4 to 5 months, following our node, token sales or funding.

ROLE— Senior Frontend Engineer

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Frontend Engineer for a **part-time, equity-based cofounder role** to join our elite developer experience team at the forefront of blockchain interfaces. At Autheo, you’ll build a sovereign developer platform delivering GenAI-powered, 60fps UIs with seamless cross-device support, enabling billions of TPS dApp interactions with robust security and data sovereignty.

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you’ll design Web3-standard user interfaces for our DevHub and management portals using React 19 and TypeScript, powering natural language deployments, 200GB/s storage dashboards, and AI-driven smart contract debugging. This role is critical to creating a platform surpassing MetaMask and WalletConnect by embedding GenAI code completion, zero-knowledge wallet UIs, and compliance-driven session management, enabling developers to build dApps 10x faster and users to interact with DeFi, healthcare, and IoT systems securely. You’ll collaborate with blockchain architects, cryptographers, AI/ML specialists, and UX researchers to drive mass adoption of our Layer 0/1 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Frontend Engineer will:

Design Developer Consoles:

* Build React 19/TypeScript DevHub Console with <10ms natural language deployments.

* Create 60fps dashboards for blockchain metrics and 200GB/s DePIN throughput.

* Develop offline-first PWAs with 2s load times across devices.

Secure Web3 Wallet UIs:

* Design zero-knowledge wallet interfaces for 1M+ TPS blockchain interactions.

* Implement biometric authentication and ASCM session management with <100ms latency.

* Ensure GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA-compliant UI state management with zero data leakage.

AI-Driven UX:

* Integrate GenAI code completion with 95% accurate GrappLang suggestions.

* Build RAG-based documentation explorers with 99% accurate API searches in <50ms.

* Create AI debugging UIs visualizing smart contract paths with 100% coverage.

Cross-Chain Visualization:

* Develop GraphQL-driven UI clients with sub-50ms latency for cross-chain data.

* Implement DAG visualizers rendering 10,000+ nodes at 60fps.

* Design DePIN portals for real-time 200GB/s metrics with AI predictions.

Compliant Interfaces:

* Achieve WCAG 2.2 AA compliance with 100% automated audit pass rates.

* Embed GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA-compliant data controls with audit logging.

* Support 10+ languages for global developer adoption.

Frontend Reliability:

* Deploy to edge CDNs with 99.999% uptime and <100ms render times via Next.js 15/WebAssembly.

* Implement OpenTelemetry tracing for 100% interaction paths and <15min MTTR.

* Build Storybook design systems with 100+ reusable Web3 UI components.

UX Leadership:

* Collaborate with backend, blockchain, AI/ML, and security teams for seamless API integration.

* Lead frontend architecture reviews for scalability, security, and accessibility.

* Mentor engineers and contribute to open-source Web3 UI components.

Research & Innovation:

* Incorporate W3C standards and GenAI interface patterns.

* Propose UI architectures based on React Conf and blockchain UX data.

* Publish at React Conf/Web3 Summit and present at Devcon UX Track.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

* Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, HCI, or equivalent experience.

* 4+ years building Web3 frontend UIs for high-throughput blockchain systems.

* Proven delivery of responsive, secure dApp/DeFi interfaces.

* Expertise in React/TypeScript and Web3.js/ethers.js.

Nice to Have:

* Experience with zero-knowledge wallet UIs or GenAI interfaces.

* Background in DeFi UX or healthcare-compliant frontends.

* Open-source Web3 UI framework contributions.

Technical Skills:

* Expert in React 19, TypeScript, Next.js for high-performance Web3 UIs.

* Proficient in Web3.js, ethers.js, GraphQL for blockchain integration.

* Skilled in WebAssembly, PWA, and offline-first architectures.

* Experienced with Storybook, Figma, and design systems.

* Familiar with GenAI (e.g., LangChain) and WCAG 2.2 compliance.

Soft Skills:

* Strong UX optimization for 60fps, intuitive interfaces.
