Job Brief:
We are seeking a driven and motivated Social Media Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Reports to the Project Manager
- Develop and execute social media strategies for clients, including content creation, community management, social media advertising, and influencer marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for client growth and engagement.
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and effective social media content.
- Stay current with the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Prepare and manage content calendars for clients and the company.
- Prepare monthly reports for clients using social media analytics tools.
- Participate in meetings with clients to spearhead social media strategies.
- Participate in creating marketing plans and strategies for the company and its clients.
- Meet all deadlines as assigned in the company's project management tool.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their features.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to create engaging social media content.
- Experience with social media advertising campaigns.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
