We are seeking a talented SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our clients' websites to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits for client websites
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies
- Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking structure for search performance
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and others
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed
- Stay up to date on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
- Assist with local SEO initiatives, including Google Business Profile optimization and local citation building
- Recommend technical SEO improvements to web developers and oversee implementation
- Track KPIs and prepare regular reports to show progress and ROI to clients
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, technical SEO, and local SEO
- Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and more
- Familiarity with WordPress and other CMS platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts
- Self-motivated, analytical, and organized
Bonus Skills (Not required, but nice to have)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics
- Experience with schema markup and structured data
- Familiarity with PPC, social media, or email marketing
- Google Analytics or Google Ads certifications
