SUMMARY

We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. This position offers flexible work arrangements (remote, in-office, or hybrid). The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between Atilus and our valued clients, ensuring their digital marketing needs are met effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts and serve as their dedicated advocate and strategic advisor
  • Onboard new clients, including conducting kickoff meetings and organizing client materials
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely communication
  • Address client inquiries and requests
  • Manage accounts to ensure services stay within budget while meeting client needs
  • Drive client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service
  • Meet regularly with team members to discuss progress
  • Hold monthly and quarterly performance review meetings with clients
  • Identify upsell and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively propose solutions

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent note-taking abilities and organizational skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in client-friendly language
  • Excellent multitasking and deadline management abilities
  • Comfortable with phone calls and virtual meetings (Microsoft Teams, etc.)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Understanding of web design and digital marketing concepts (a plus, but not required)
  • Proficiency with CRM software
  • Quick learner who can adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to respond to feedback and criticism positively
  • Must be a team player who collaborates effectively while also being capable of working independently
  • Experience in Digital Marketing is not necessary but a plus.

Education & Experience

  • Associates degree or above preferred, but not required.
  • 2+ years of customer service or account management experience
