Job Brief:
We are looking for a skilled Account Coordinator to work with and support our Account Management team in delivering high-quality digital marketing solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in managing the day-to-day operations of client accounts, developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Reports to the Project Manager
  • Assist the Account Managers in managing client accounts and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Work closely with the creative, production, and strategy teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, and provide status reports to the Account Managers.
  • Ensure all project files and documents are accurately maintained and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Account Managers to develop and execute digital marketing strategies.
  • Attend client meetings and assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support client strategies.
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and participate in new business pitches.
  • Meets all deadlines as assigned in Atilus project management tool

Skills Required:

  • Associate's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in account management or project management in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
